Brad Goldberg

Director of Development

Brad Goldberg has been with Visconsi Companies since 2000 most recently as Director of Development.   Mr.Goldberg’s responsibilities include: identifying potential markets and sites for shopping center developments on a national level; overseeing the Staples Preferred Development Program; and incorporating feasibility analysis as well as negotiating contracts.

Before joining Visconsi Companies, Mr. Goldberg was a broker with Kowit & Passov Real Estate Group, where he specialized in representing developers and retailers such as Toys ‘R’ Us, Babies ‘R Us, Home Depot and Lowes with site selection and acquisition of new sites throughout Ohio and the Midwest.

Mr. Goldberg was also employed by Developers Diversified as a leasing executive.  During his tenure there, Mr. Goldberg was responsible for the leasing of 2 million square feet of retail space in a four-state territory.

Mr. Goldberg is an active member of ICSC, where he serves on the Public Affairs Committee and is a participant in the CCIM organization.  He and his wife have three children and reside in Solon, Ohio.
