Wendy Gallo

Property Administrator

Ms. Gallo has been with Visconsi Companies, Ltd. since 1998.  Upon joining the company she was hired into the Development Group as Administrative Assistant. After several years in Development, she transferred to the Operations Department where she currently serves as Property Administrator.  Her responsibilities include coordination of landlord repairs and maintenance for all properties in the Visconsi Portfolio, and coordination of landlord repairs to Walgreen properties under the management of Greystone Group. 

Ms. Gallo has worked in the real estate industry for 12 years in various capacities. Prior to Visconsi she worked for Reliance Electric/Rockwell Automation in their real estate department.  Rockwell owned plants and offices all over the United States, she assisted with the facility management for these locations.

Other positions held have been with Linclay Corporation, where she conducted administrative and marketing services and Hannan Construction Co. as an administrative assistant to their leasing department. 

Ms. Gallo received her Ohio Real Estate License in 2000 and completed the Property Management Specialist class through Hondros College in 2001. She joined ICSC in 2003 and completed their Management I Course the same year.
