Kellie Fleming

Development Coordinator

Kellie Fleming has been a member of the Visconsi team since 1996.  As Development Coordinator, her primary responsibilities include coordination of due diligence items, task tracking, and contract administration related to the development process.

In addition, Kellie is responsible for all lease administration duties for a portfolio of approximately 2.8 million square feet of retail space.  Other responsibilities include:  coordination of due diligence items for acquisitions and dispositions of improved properties, budgeting, coordination of insurance claims, preparation of site plans, and approval of tenant signage.

Kellie began her career in real estate almost twenty years ago with Cragin Lang, Inc. (now Grubb & Ellis, Cleveland) as an assistant to the industrial and office leasing departments.   She furthered her real estate knowledge by joining Angeles Corporation of Los Angeles, California and gained exposure to residential real estate.  In the course of her career, Kellie has managed retail, industrial and commercial real estate, as well as a 500-unit apartment community.

Kellie is a member of the International Council of Shopping Center (ICSC) as well as Phi Theta Kappa Academic Honor Society.
