Greg Bruhn
 Chief Financial Officer

Greg Bruhn joined Visconsi Companies, Ltd. in September 2001, bringing to the company over 25 years of experience in real estate finance and financial management. As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Bruhn manages the Finance and Accounting staff, who are responsible for all budget, accounting, and finance functions of the Visconsi Companies and properties owned or managed by the Companies. Mr. Bruhn is also responsible for shopping center acquisitions and dispositions for the Companies.
Prior to joining Visconsi, Ltd., Mr. Bruhn was Chief Financial Officer of InnSuites Hospitality Trust where he assisted InnSuites Hotels of Phoenix, Arizona in their combination with publicly traded Realty ReFund Trust of Cleveland, Ohio to form an Umbrella Partnership Real Estate Investment Trust.
Having received Masters of Business Administration and Bachelor of Business Administration Degrees in Finance from the University of Wisconsin 1971 and 1970 respectively, Mr. Bruhn began his career in commercial real estate lending at Continental Bank in Chicago in 1971. In 1987, Mr. Bruhn joined Union Bank, Los Angeles, California as Executive Vice President responsible for their real estate construction lending program, as well as, commercial and consumer mortgage origination and title and escrow operations. Mr. Bruhn joined Bank of America in 1991 where as Executive Vice President he was responsible for their commercial real estate lending business in California. In 1994, Mr. Bruhn moved to Cleveland, Ohio to become Chief Financial Officer for First Union Real Estate Investments, a Real Estate Investment Trust with diversified ownership interests in shopping centers, office buildings and apartments.
Mr. Bruhn has been an active member of the Urban Land Institute for the past 14 years, and currently resides in South Russell, Ohio.
