Announcing The Addition of Target at Streetsboro Crossing

STREETSBORO, OH, August, 2005 - Visconsi Companies, Ltd. announced today that Target will be joining Tops and Lowe’s as the third major anchor at Streetsboro Crossing. The first phase of the project was completed in 2002 and at that time totaled 213,000 square feet. Streetsboro Crossing is located at the intersection of Route 303, Route 14 and Route 43 in Streetsboro, Ohio. 

Phase II will feature a new 126,800 square foot Target along with approximately 40,000 square feet of additional retail space. Construction of the new store will begin in September    with an anticipated opening of Summer 2006. Additional outlots are also available.  When complete, the center will total nearly 400,000 square feet on 64 acres.
