Southland Shopping Center Welcomes Steve & Barry’s University Sportswear

Middleburg Heights, Ohio – September 2005,  Visconsi Companies, Ltd. is pleased to announce the arrival of Steve & Barry’s University Sportswear at Southland Shopping Center.

Steve & Barry’s will start renovation of the 58,425 square foot space immediately with plans of opening in time for the holidays.

Southland Shopping Center was built in 1950, renovated in 1998 and is owned and managed by Visconsi Companies, Ltd.  The center is comprised of over 50 stores, restaurants and services and includes a 13,000 square foot professional building.
