What is the compass that guides us in how we conduct our business? Our tradition, to be sure, but first and foremost our Core Values. We are proud to have achieved all of our success while conducting ourselves in a principled manner.

Far too often, a company’s core values are merely a plaque on the reception area wall, at odds with the behavior inside. Such disconnect is counter to our makeup. A Core Values interview is a mainstay of our hiring process. Core Values is the first point of discussion in each team member’s performance review, a trimester event. The greatest thing is that our people don’t need reminding. It’s how they live their lives.
