Anthoni Visconsi II
Co-Chief Executive Officer

Anthoni Visconsi II and his brother, Dominic A. Visconsi, Jr., continue the legacy of the Visconsi family name in real estate development and management. They have built an organization of exceptional real estate professionals which actively pursues acquisitions and development opportunities and oversees the management and leasing of over 2.0 million square feet of retail space.
Mr. Visconsi has over 30 years of experience in all phases of commercial real estate. He joined the predecessor company of what has become the Visconsi Companies, Ltd. in 1981. Prior to that time, Mr. Visconsi gained valuable management and leasing experience working for Eastgate Management, Inc., a property management firm specializing in retail properties, and K&V Investment Co., a company specializing in the development and management of industrial properties.
Mr. Visconsi’s duties include strategic planning of the company’s operations and growth, management of the company’s relationships with designated key retailers, oversight of specific developments and new market entry.
Mr. Visconsi received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Colgate University.
Dominic A. Visconsi, Jr.
Co-Chief Executive Officer

Dominic A. Visconsi, Jr. and his brother, Anthoni Visconsi II, continue the legacy of the Visconsi family name in real estate development and management. They have built an organization of exceptional real estate professionals which actively pursues acquisitions and development opportunities and oversees the management and leasing of over 2.0 million square feet of retail space.
Mr. Visconsi is involved in the development and implementation of the strategic planning of the company’s operations together with the management of several of the company’s key retailer relationships.
Continuing a multi-generational family tradition, Mr. Visconsi’s involvement with the shopping center industry goes back to 1975 when he was first employed as an on-site superintendent at Eastgate Shopping Center in Mayfield Heights, Ohio. Duties of this entry level position included the entire gamut of shopping center maintenance activities. Other summer employment included lease administration and construction labor positions.
Upon joining the predecessor of what has become the Visconsi Companies, Ltd. on a full-time basis in 1984, Mr. Visconsi’s functions changed as the company evolved and grew in size and he immersed himself in all phases of shopping center development and management. Areas of involvement included municipal presentations, oversight of shopping center marketing and merchant associations, lease administration, tenant build out, anchor and small shop leasing and lease negotiation, financial analysis, loan negotiation, purchase and sale negotiation, site selection and design, and shopping center management.
Mr. Visconsi is a graduate of The Colorado College with a degree in Business Administration and also holds an MBA in Real Estate Appraisal and Financial Analysis from The University of Wisconsin.
Gregory W. Barrow
Vice President of Construction Services

Greg Barrow joined Visconsi Companies, Ltd. in 1999, bringing to the organization over 25 years of retail development, operating and construction experience. Mr. Barrow is responsible for all construction and engineering related activities for new and current shopping centers in the company portfolio and the preferred developer programs for Walgreens and KeyBank.
Prior to joining the company, Mr. Barrow served with Developers Diversified Realty Corporation, a highly successful, national Real Estate Investment Trust. As the Director of Construction/Planning, he was responsible for directing site planning and new construction activities for their retail shopping centers.
Having completed his studies in Communication at Bowling Green State University in 1974, Mr. Barrow began his career with a Cleveland based supermarket chain, which later became part of Ahold USA, then one of the country’s top five supermarket retailers. There he served as Vice President of Construction, Maintenance, Engineering and Purchasing. Mr. Barrow is a past member of the Food Market Institute and a current member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Jeffrey A. Deeds
Vice President of Development

Jeff Deeds joined Visconsi Companies in 1995 and currently oversees new project development for the Company. Initially hired to handle site selection and land acquisition, his responsibilities have expanded to encompass all aspects of development including land assemblages, tenant negotiations, municipal approvals, building design, site planning, construction and financial analysis.
Under Mr. Deeds’ management, Visconsi Companies has evolved into one of the Midwest’s most successful developers for Walgreens, the nation’s leading drug store chain. He prides himself in the ability to effectively assemble and lead outstanding teams of real estate professionals through the most challenging development projects, encompassing locations from Maryland to Oregon.
Mr. Deeds received a Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Architecture in 1986 from The Ohio State University with an emphasis in Urban Planning. He completed graduate coursework in Business Administration at Roosevelt University in Chicago. Upon graduation he practiced as a licensed landscape architect with a nationally award-winning design/build firm. In 1990, Mr. Deeds’ passion for real estate development drove him to change his career path. Soon after obtaining his real estate license, he garnered a site selection and construction management position for a large regional home improvement chain where he was responsible for the growth of a five-state territory. Mr. Deeds is an active member of ICSC.
Barry L. Fader
Senior Vice President of Business Development

Barry Fader has been associated with Visconsi Companies, Ltd. since 1991 as strategic advisor, Board Member and since 2009 in his current position. He is responsible for directing new business development, acquisitions, organization development and strategic planning.
Mr. Fader has over thirty-five years of corporate, entrepreneurial and consulting experience. Over two decades, his consulting firm, InVision Growth, Inc., served over sixty clients including Harley-Davidson, Visa International, Aventis Pharmaceuticals, Select Medical Corporation, Rich Foods International and FedEx.
Previously, Mr. Fader served in management roles with major corporations, including RCA, where he served in various labor and industrial relations positions; Hertz, as Director, Corporate Industrial Relations; PHH Corporation, a $4 billion corporate asset management and financial services company, where he served as Sr. Vice President of Administration for PHH Fleet America, and Progressive Insurance, as Corporate Vice President of Development. He was also co-founder and CEO of InVision Healthcare, a Maryland-based developer of outpatient clinics.
Mr. Fader received his B.S. in Marketing from the University of Connecticut and conducted his graduate studies in Labor Relations at Pace University of New York. He has additional executive training at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and The Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia.
Michael M. Fratus
Director of Operations

Michael Fratus joined the company in 1988 as Operations Manager. Mr. Fratus’ primary responsibility is the overall management of over two million square feet of retail space in ten shopping centers in northeast Ohio and the Midwest. Under Mr. Fratus’ direction, the operations staff manages the areas of shopping center marketing, common area maintenance, capital improvements, security, building repair and maintenance, tenant issues and insurance.
Mr. Fratus’ career started with Fisher Foods, Inc., a regional supermarket chain which is now a division of the Giant Eagle Inc. grocery chain. Mr. Fratus spent the last four years of his eighteen years with the company at the corporate headquarters where he held the positions of Business Analyst/Research and Development, Office Services Manager, and Director of Store Support Services. Immediately prior to joining Visconsi Companies, Ltd., Mr. Fratus was General Manager of Severance Athletic Club in Cleveland Heights, Ohio from 1984 to 1988.
Mr. Fratus is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a degree in Business Administration and Economics. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and represents Visconsi Companies and the shopping centers to the business community as a member of Chambers of Commerce in Strongsville, Parma, Cuyahoga Falls, Akron, and Tiffin, Ohio, and in Arlington Heights, Illinois.
Bradley A. Goldberg
Vice President of Development

Brad Goldberg has been with Visconsi Companies since 2000. His responsibilities include identifying potential markets and sites for shopping center developments and preferred developer clients including KeyBank and Walgreens. He also serves on the Company’s acquisition team. Additionally, Mr. Goldberg directs Visconsi Realty Advisors, providing 3rd party services to retail and office tenants, landowners, developers, and financial institutions. He directly handles the Company’s receiver assignments.
Before joining Visconsi Companies, Mr. Goldberg was a broker with Kowit & Passov Real Estate Group, where he specialized in representing developers and retailers such as Toys ’R’ Us, Babies ’R Us, Home Depot and Lowe’s with site selection and acquisition of new sites throughout Ohio and the Midwest.
Mr. Goldberg was also employed by Developers Diversified as a leasing executive. During his tenure there, Mr. Goldberg was responsible for the leasing of 2 million square feet of retail space in a four-state territory.
Mr. Goldberg is an active member of ICSC, where he serves on the Public Affairs Committee and is a participant in the CCIM organization.
Alan D. Prince
Chief Financial Officer

Alan Prince joined Visconsi Companies, Ltd. in late 2012, bringing to the company over twenty years of experience in real estate finance and financial management. As CFO, Mr. Prince oversees all finance and accounting functions of the Company and its owned or managed properties and serves as liaison with financial institutions and as a member of the Company’s acquisition team.
Prior to joining Visconsi Companies, Mr. Prince served as CFO for fifteen years with A & C Properties, a Phoenix, Arizona-based commercial real estate development, investment and management company. A & C activities include retail (anchored and strip), office, self-storage and residential projects with primary focus in Arizona with additional investments in metropolitan Denver and Southern California. Prior to A & C, Mr. Prince served as Controller with Cole Companies, a real estate investment syndicator and, previously, as Controller for Jaren Corporation, a real estate investment and management company. He started his career in public accounting with Deloitte & Touche as Senior Auditor on domestic and international engagements.
Mr. Prince is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Arizona and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Mr. Prince received his B.S. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Arizona.
Mark L. Schroeder
Vice President of Leasing

Mark Schroeder has been employed with Visconsi Companies, Ltd. since 1998 as Vice President of Leasing. Mr. Schroeder has responsibility for leasing the existing portfolio of properties and new projects and serves as part of the acquisitions analysis team. His 35 years of experience serve as an invaluable tool in forming relationships with key national and regional retail tenants.
Prior to joining Visconsi Companies, Mr. Schroeder served as Vice President of Real Estate for Homeplace Stores, Inc., joining them at their inception in 1994. He directed their growth plans, performing all site selection and lease negotiation. Homeplace grew to a chain of national scope with 98 stores, opening in excess of five million square feet in three and one-half years.
Mr. Schroeder was previously employed by Revco Drug Stores as Assistant Vice President of Real Estate for that 2,000-unit chain. During his tenure, the company doubled in size and store count. Mr. Schroeder had responsibility for the leasing activity in the 28 state operating area of the company. Mr. Schroeder also held various real estate positions with the Sherwin-Williams Company, including Corporate Manager for Store Locations, nationwide.
Mr. Schroeder remains an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He has been a frequent speaker at industry meetings, served on the faculty of that organization’s annual University of Shopping Centers, and served as ICSC’s Ohio State Retail Chairman from 1993 to 1995.
Mr. Schroeder graduated from Muskingum College in 1973 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and Business Administration.
Mary Ann Sekerak
Controller

Mary Ann Sekerak joined Visconsi Companies, Ltd. in 1990 and has served as Controller since 1996. Ms. Sekerak is responsible for corporate and property accounting, financial reporting, office management, human resources, and computer network administration.
Ms. Sekerak has worked in the real estate industry for over 25 years. Prior to joining Visconsi Companies, she worked as a construction accountant with the Linclay Corporation, a commercial real estate developer. Other previous positions held were an Accountant with Developers Diversified, a Loan Administrator with Third Federal, and a Customer Service/Escrow Coordinator with Guardian Title.
Ms. Sekerak is a graduate of John Carroll University with a degree in Economics and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Anthoni Visconsi III
Business Development Specialist

Tony Visconsi joined the company in 2009, proudly extending the organization into the fourth generation of the Visconsi family.
In his position, Mr. Visconsi is responsible for sourcing and evaluating real estate development opportunities nationally with a primary focus on acquisitions. He also identifies and analyzes historic and other unique buildings for conversion to mixed- and multi-unit residential use.
Additionally, Mr. Visconsi develops market presentations for the company’s preferred developer program, approval packages for tenant real estate committees, and offering memoranda for property sale opportunities.
Mr. Visconsi received his B.A. in Business Administration with a specialty in Entrepreneurial Studies from Babson College. He is a licensed Real Estate Sales Agent in the State of Ohio.
