We are aggressively seeking to acquire shopping centers that offer the potential to enhance property value through recapitalization, expansion, remerchandising or redevelopment.

We’re interested in properties anchored by best-in-class national or regional retailers and have the locational characteristics to add quality tenancies to the mix. They should have high barriers to entry and above average or better SMSA demographic profiles.
