Visconsi Companies, Ltd. has executed a lease with Skagit Regional Health for a new medical office building in Mount Vernon, Washington. This dedicated 30,486 square foot facility will be located in Visconsi’s Station Square development in Mount Vernon’s Main Street District, positioned at the southwest corner of Interstate 5 and E. Kincaid St.

Skagit Regional Health serves northwest Washington’s Skagit, Island and north Snohomish counties through its network of thirty–five urgent care, acute care hospital, emergency and outpatient clinic locations.
